What is Whole Food?

Whole food is basically food as we found in nature, and eaten with just minimal processing. This is so that we can preserve its nutrients as much as possible.

So what does eating whole food means?

We demonstrate that using an orange as an example of eating whole food. If we practice whole food eating, we will eat the orange whole including its fiber. That is so that we take in all the nutrients, and therefore all the benefits that the whole orange has to offer. It is also a natural way to prevent us from taking in too much sugar when we drink only its juice, because we will very soon feel full from the fiber we are taking in and that will physically prevent us from taking in too much sugar.

So how do we know that the food we eat are made from whole food?

One simple way is to look at the ingredient label. If you can understand all the ingredients used and you cannot see any chemical ingredients that you cannot understand, it is quite safe that the product is made of whole food.
